If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your sneakers or the sizing just feels wrong, you can exchange them within 72 hours from the date it arrives to you. We accept exchanges for unworn and undamaged merchandise, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Package your unworn sneakers in their original box and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
Ship the package to our designated return address, which will be provided by our Customer Support Team.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your request promptly.
