All of our sneakers are carefully inspected and authenticated by a team of experts before they are listed for sale. In the unlikely event that a sneaker is found to be inauthentic after purchase, we offer a full refund and will cover the cost of returning the sneakers to us.

Money Back Policy

At PlugHub AU, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are concerned about the authenticity of a pair you have recieved, please contact us at plughubbusiness@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you and answer any concerns you may have. If your sneaker is determined fake by our team after a review, or by a reputable 3rd party, you will be eligible for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund for the purchase amount.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Upon receipt of the returned sneakers, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We ask that all returned sneakers be in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
