If your sneaker is determined fake by our team after a review, or by a reputable 3rd party, you will be eligible for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund for the purchase amount.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Upon receipt of the returned sneakers, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We ask that all returned sneakers be in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
