Easy Exchanges
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your sneakers or the sizing just feels wrong, you can exchange them within 30 days from the date it arrives to you. We accept exchanges for unworn and undamaged merchandise, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. We charge a $20 fee for the return shipping label to us and for the shipping label of the new pair back to you!
We are extremely strict on not offering an exchange for worn merchandise. If you would like to exchange, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE MERCHANDISE OUT!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Package your unworn sneakers in their original box and include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Ship the package to our designated return address, which will be provided by our Customer Support Team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your request promptly.

If your sneaker is determined fake by our team after a review, or by a reputable 3rd party, you will be eligible for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund for the purchase amount.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Upon receipt of the returned sneakers, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
We ask that all returned sneakers be in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
