Returns Policy

Here at PlugHub AU, we have strict NO-REFUND policy that applies to all products available unless the condition differs to the products description advertised.

We do allow exchanges in some circumstances, to find out if you're eligible for an exchange, please email the team at: plughubbusiness@gmail.com

-The exchange/size-swap request must be made within 7 days of arrival of your item/s

-Exchanged item/s are valued at the price sold for, sale prices are excluded.

-Item/s must be in the condition that they were sent out in from us.

-No signs of damage, creases or sole damage/wear from try-on or wear.

-All original laces, accessories & packaging must be included.

-A $30 return fee will be charged to cover the cost of the return label to us & the new label to you.

We encourage all customers to choose their sizes carefully as in most cases, we won't exchange due to incorrect size selection. If you are concerned / unaware of your sizing, feel free to use our size charts available here or message us on instagram @plughubau
